finally got around to changing my name and gender at a bank - no issue submitting the request (in person) - clerk politely asked how to address me (i don't use salutations, very reasonable question) - they send me three letters for various things, correct name, no salutation (yay!) - they send me a fourth letter, correct name, suddenly including a salutation ???
