@joe Shopping goes well into the giant paniers beside the rack, and that is going to be pretty much as low as a front loader. A costco sized block of toilet paper on the rear rack isn't going to be a weight issue. The one now for sale in Australia is the LR and SR which are the newer model. They have substantially changed the part that is currently broken on mine and needs a creative fix. (cracked weld on the seat stay/seat tube, new seat tube is much different)
