Creators vs Consumers is clearly a false dichotomy. There always have been creators and consumers, everyone creates and consumes, and big creators are heavy consumers. AI can't make you a creator the same way a crayon can't make you a painter.
Longevity: It is really unlikely for someone to reject a therapy that can extend his life. If in the future we have a way to extend life forever, and there are people who don't take it, the reason will be money, not rejection.
Brain-computer interface: a classic sci-fi dystopic scenario.
Space: If it is a corporate-owned initiative, you are signing to be enslaved. Hard pass. Watch the first half hour of the last Alien movie if you doubt me.
Digital consciousness: Weren't you already an immortal by point 2? Anyway: I don't get why there is so many people thinking that making a digital clone of yourself is making you immortal. If you make 20 copies, are you the 20 of them? You are none. If you want people to have a digital imitation of you as a memento, fine.
The funniest thing about this is the history of humanity is all about convergence: culturally and socially we are more alike and more interconnected than ever, and I don't expect that tendency to change.
