meh it's just paper.
the rich is probably meaning those who have less than 50k$ on bank OR that own house. that's rich in their eyes. Don't ever trust corrupt system it can never be trusted.
how many times have billionaires avoid the system?
probably not quite a lot of times but probably always.
so it's going to happen again and again.
A corrupt system can be trusted that it's ALWAYS going to be corrupt. and good things they spread can be trusted that's not beneficial.

@MilitaryG @flaki The details are available. We don't have to guess. The surcharge is on non-primary residences that are worth more than $5 million. Will some rich people find creative ways to avoid it? Sure, but I don't think that it's going to touch people with less than $50k in the bank.
