@slightlyoff @Edent After spending some time in policy circles, I really don't think that it's an either/or. Standards alone won't make the fix, but they are needed for certain interventions to become possible.

@robin @slightlyoff @Edent you don't need a market fix you just need a market - anticompetitive practices like Google-Android-Chrome are best addressed by doing a Standard Oil on Alphabet
