@uint8_t the freistaat wants one, whether anyone will actually come forward is another question
(it was also going to have hydrogen until that was dropped last year...)

@kbity pushing for hydrogen is the best indicator of having no understanding of technology. currently the only place it might make sense is oceangoing ships or rockets
