@joeroe if it's such a small instance, why not an human welcome and help newcomers?
Having a bot as a first interaction sound fake and bigtech. It would cringe me.

@lutindiscret Because we are a volunteer admin/moderation team with a lot of other tasks to do to keep things running, and limited time.
