Probably more signing and verification than enforcement. Not just for software but all information. It's weird that it is not yet common for web browsers to only render what has been signed and verified by a trusted part (not HTTPS). And that modern consumer cameras/sensors don't come with the option to sign all images with trusted hardware. Some PGP/DRM utopia/nightmare? Anyway, we're moving towards a situation where copyright doesn't exist. And that might be good. http://svenskefaen.no/cdne/
