The big challenge is service agreements; fulfilling them requires more capacity than some of coop cloud's members can handle - though https://digidemlab.org/en/ offers a compelling model and partner for collaboration. ### Connection Our community features a diversity of organization shapes and sizes! merri-bek.tech offers infra for a cozy community-first space, where individuals can explore and play, and where tech problems can be met with both digital and non-digital solutions. https://digidemlab.org/en/ offers a capacity comparable to a tech corporation, can provide stability to a municipality, and can support many partner orgs. Orgs like https://autonomic.zone/ or https://gent.commonscloud.coop/ can support a number of clients directly, though they have a finite capacity. We want to find more ways to connect these orgs - as well as others aligned with us. Together our strengths seem to compliment each other. ### Events There are some early plans for a Decentralized Web Camp in Berlin in July! Stay tuned. (3/3)
