And no, it does not in any way jive with the persistent notion of dumb savage cavemen whatsoever either, though it's funny to me that somehow white supremacists claiming this protocuneiform as a "white victory" seem to forget that they were also the people who designated everything ancient and non-European as savage and primitive.
