@codebyjeff idk, it's really unintuitive to me -- i agree with what you're saying to some degree b/c it'll be so relatively easy for folks to prompt what they used to need people who "knew enough" to do, but on the other hand folks who "know enough" can probably prompt their way to some pretty complex things now

@jbigham yep - and it's those "pretty complex things" that are actually time bombs, and you need the top level people to recognize Unfortunately, those are the people who prefer to code, and are now being told their new job is code-reviewing robots. So they aren't going to want to stick around, and the less experienced people can't do the job
