@hdv, I really liked your talk yesterday at The Web You Want. With the Sustainable Web Guidlines and https://www.websitecarbon.com I’m a bit questioning, how much improving my homepage will do, in times where: • phone-farms are streaming music to crank up the listener count • bots are watching ads to report great reach • Adobe is syncing gigabytes in the background, doe to their data hunger • people are listening to YouTube videos rather than MP3s, because it is free • not to mention the whole AI in everything mania And the list goes on. Maybe it is because my website got an F, that I’m a bit defensive ;)
