So, basically, Gladwell is a human ChatGPT.
I'm really glad I read this. I've never read any of this work, but had intended to at some point. This saves me the trouble.

@Mikal @jawnsy I did read a couple of his books many years ago, and they seemed relatively plausible at the time, but I assumed he was doing more than just speculating. I'll gladly forget him.
