@Drebscott I wonder if the chapters must be available upon publishing.
I also am curious if the chapters update on Apple podcasts if the chapters file is changed afterwards.

@adam @Drebscott @james Has someone gone in on Podcasts Connect and accepted the new terms of service? That is required before the cloud chapters are used as it then enables the menu setting for them.
