@smallcircles First step is what you are doing - create and maintain public debate/discourse. Next, remind everyone that there is no answer but a set of answers, and their applicability varies with time and context. We have a variety of licenses, now we need to figure out how to have free collective activity gain the ability to enforce spirit and word of licenses. I'd also pose the question, how can our collective actions ensure the effects of bad players is minimised? /1
