@Popehat @mmasnick @nilay_patel the story might be "Substack's ToS is not strong enough" or "Substack do not enforce their ToS". But as far as I can see, no one's making that claim. So if their ToS is strong enough, and they do enforce it, this doesn't seem to be much more than a CEO who needs much better media training and briefing.
