@robpike @rsc wow. oh, i wish i'd lived my life differently; i could have been a peer of yours, though a bit younger. this is fascinating stuff that i can only *slightly* comprehend. the complete lack of emotional maturity i had as a child has cost me my entire life, and rendered it mostly a waste.
