@Pollinators @karakteristika If I form them with the right amount of moisture, they usually retain their shape all the way through planting.

@old_hippie @Pollinators @karakteristika This is my experience with them too. Get the right moisture level at the start and they last pretty well. I also water from below and drain the excess water away. However, although I have a mini blocker I no longer use it as it’s too fiddly for me to transplant the seedlings into the next size up blocks. Now I just use the 4 blocker. For ‘potting on’ I just bind more of the same soil block mix around the original block.
