@Wilto I'm on the same boat. I've tried but ultimately abandoned using them. Maybe works for some types of projects, but not the ones I've worked on so far. The Work headline also does the same thing, but it feels alright there. Maybe the reason why the Training headline feels janky is it takes longer to appear in its final position (after the main content has finished animating) vs. the Work headline which is much faster (animation ends almost in tandem with the main content animation). But either way, not sure it should be flying from the bottom of the page if it's not in view.
