@twcau @maudenificent There is some doubt around the amount of fuel saved by PHEV’s because people don’t plug them in.

@Old_IT_geek @maudenificent Fair, but given the current market conditions - I would posit that might well change for their owners, and lock in a positive behaviour when they realise the value and advantage of doing so.
