@TGG303 In all other circumstances they know exactly what they need to do, but the allure of the hallucinating robot is so strong that they got sucked into it. We cannot work like this. Well, more accurately, *I* cannot work like this. My entire career in IT has been built on certainties, so shrugging my shoulders and saying "I dunno, did you ask the chatbot?" is not a valid answer. Like I said, I hate this.
