@f0rrest this somehow kills my fond memories of those old games that, as an educated adult who has played way too many good games, knows how to dissect them, also ruins the memory of my younger self liking it?
I do play a lot new games. But most of them are rooted in nostalgia/"oldness".
But it goes further than playing games and admiring old hardware back when "things were simple". I think I now more often yearn for those days as a young dad struggling and having lots of shitty moments.
