@airy - that seems reasonable. I thought maybe falling in the water was a sort of rebirth - like Noodle was Mowgli in a past life. And, I wondered if the dragon was an allusion to something I didn't recognize. The dragon seems oddly specific looking. Oh well, animators can just be original without everything being a reference.
