Cool, but what does "expressive" mean in this context? Do we have a shared understanding of what that means?
It's easy enough to pick my favourite from each font pair, is that what you're looking for? Or which would be most eye-catching as a heading, or pleasing to read as body text, or do you want to know which font looks more unusual?

@plantarum This is the reason why we made this game: hoping to define a shared understanding of what expressivity means, and how people react to change of proportions, weight, contrast, outline changes in typefaces. People make quick decisions, we will analyse if there are patterns in them.

@plantarum @typotheque After a few rounds wondering the same thing, I went with "looks less like a default typeface". I would have found it easier to decide if the question were "which font would you be more likely to use for [purpose]?" (e.g. logo/heading/billboard/tattoo/bumper sticker)
