@defuneste Overall it works pretty well (it’s quite amazing actually) but there are occasional issues, like https://codeberg.org/guix-science/guix-cran-scripts/issues/5

@civodul Good to know! I am exited about Guix, I think/hope it will solve some difficult issue in the R ecosystem (but I could be totally wrong). All of that being said I am far from understanding the underlying infrastructure of it (and the potential economic model behind it)! (still glad to slowly learn)
