The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt Episode 1 Impressions This show doesn't look the best, but it's obviously intentional. Thought this is was going to be an ecchi comedy, but looks like a sweet and funny rom-com. I actually like the chemistry between them, even if Togo is an idiot. It works in this dynamic. Doubt I'll be keeping up with this as it airs, but probably a binge watch later.
