@mdmrn I am so glad you are fine now. I have the same allergy, and because spiny lobster is typically served at weddings, I always contact the host in advance to have my dish changed. And It is good to see that allergy considerations have become commonplace over the past 20 years, including the labeling of allergens on convenience store products.
