@RaphaelWimmer I'd love to learn more about how to conduct an effective interview. When I've tried it all the responses seem equally half formed. Plus the time investment is not nothing. Do you have any tips?

@Aepasek Hmm, I don't have that much experience myself. We don't have that many openings for PhD students, and not that many applicants, so there is no need for a very structured or reproducible interview process.
