Today I talked at Web You Want about five essential ingredients of a web in service of us, the people!
Such a web is
- sustainable,
- ethical,
- accessible,
- fun, and, most importantly,
- ours.

I shared Important Research™️ indicating 95% of people (globally) have something interesting to say. To blog, to make music, to excite us all with what they can uniquely bring. Meanwhile, merely 5% of all people know how to post content on their own websites. We need easier ways to publish on the web!

@hdv@front-end.social the web should have been something a bit better than #geminiprotocol with inline images and maybe, but maybe, some css. Data and information are meant to be served as text
