@blaine this is really cool, and i think it even opens the door for _software_ people to think about their collaboration styles further, too. Not all the good ideas go in one direction here

@blaine I'm now thinking about understanding document deltas in more nuanced ways, too Does the draft concept include changes like "swapped the order of 'methods' and 'future work' sections"? Representing such a change as a delete+insert has always seemed... to capture not enough
