Petition to have every single german transport official who has any bit of power to make or influence decisions regarding public transport ride london public transport (tube & bus, maybe ferry) at least 3 hours per day and at least one week.
This includes using infrastructure like the oyster card system, not just some magic card that lets them skip everything.

In all seriousness: transport for london has the best public transport system I've ever used at their hands. It's mind boggling how well this system works. Especially when thinking about ÖPNV in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, München, etc...
