All of my colleagues are using AI while I'm not. It feels like I'm missing out so I decided to sit down and write down my thoughts on why I'm so resistant to it.
In the end, I'm very happy with what I wrote so I put it on my blog

@thezoq2 Those are some great points. I couldn't count the amount of times I was able to solve some problem in an interesting way because of an insight from some random bullshit I was tinkering with half a decade ago. Also, when I write code for work I need to understand it thoroughly, and when I write code for fun I want to at least learn something from it. Those aren't really possible if I let something else do my thinking
