I've come across "median" for describing intermediate experiences, maybe this resonates? Multiple fluid facets that may be activated in different situations and interconnect in ways beyond what is suggested by "singlet".

@almonds @eruonna @auriblackcat This was my experience: multiple distinct personalities, but with full continuity of experience and memory. Too plural to be a singlet, but too integrated to be fully plural. "Median system" seemed to be a good description.
