imaging system that does what #Photoshop calls “Find Edges” and “Unsharp Mask” on a file that is a higher bit-depth than the monitor can display. Tech like that has been very good since the ‘90s. But the Dental X-ray company just could not stand to feel left off of the big #AI bandwagon.
And I get it; everybody’s just trying to grab a bigger chunk of #MarketShare for their stake-holders.
The problem is that this wankery provides thousands of seemingly successful examples (…cont’d…)

of practical, accurate, useful AI, causing the other clueless folks to believe in AI much more than they really should. SO much of this tsunami of AI “success” is built on flat out lies. And even if the #VultureCapital firms know it’s lies, they don’t fucking care. Even if they know for certain the bubble will burst, they don’t fucking care. They only care about correctly timing their exit. Destructive, greedy fucks.
