The only ones missing are books 27 (The Last Hero) and 40 (Raising Steam).
Not sure why those are the ones missing.. Publisher issue maybe?

I haven't seen any ebook of "Last Hero" available anywhere. I just assumed it hadn't been done because it's as much an art book as it is a novel and the conversion would be a lot more effort. @XenoPhage
