The second app that I'm testing is called Luminar Neo. Lifetime license right now starts from 99 euros and up to 159 (with mobile app and 1 year of presets access, 149 without presets). That's about 12 months of adobe subscriptions. I've tested the mobile app and desktop app. Both are interesting. Some things to learn about but I'm super tempted to get the license while it's at this price.
