Hey TORONTO and GTA folks, I could use your help with something, please.
In working with a lawyer for my condo sale, just been informed that I have to sign a declaration that I’m either a resident of Canada for Tax Purposes, or have to provide a Clearance Certificate (which takes months to get)

Obviously, this is something my realtor SHOULD have told me up front so I’d have a head start on this process, but what’s done there is done. If anyone out there is a CPA who could help make this tax resident determination, or can point me to a reputable accountant, please let me know ASAP. Thx.
