@elly@donotsta.re are you implying an arm chip with a uefi firmware so that it does not need a device tree to boot?
That implication alone has me dreaming of better days.

@portaloffreedom@social.linux.pizza that's not really... feasible to be honest. Support for ARM ACPI in Linux is pretty much non-existent outside of Ampere (at least that was the case last time I checked)
