@AmyZenunim This is the thing, right? The reach of computer buzzwords venturing out of it’s intended containerised discourse environment. Us software goblins have seen (or at least heard of) more loops through the Gartner Hype Cycle than we want to count. The only thing that makes this bubble different , and that allows it to grow so much bigger, is that it reached mainstream awareness. The normies have no previous exposure; they lack immunity, so they think it’s all real.
