this had some bugs but should be fixed now.
it sends a Boost like we do now with keysend but also post to nostr with the metadata tags Oscar is using.
posting to the fountain relay and mine at chadf.nostr1.com
next is to add my lnurl test feed and get that working then I can test other NWC wallets with that lnurl feed. That flow should cover all the next methods and not haven any keysend.
zap receipts will be next since I'm just posting the data.
