Just to further add some context... It was bad enough that California enacted its own state law about the mandatory inclusion of #AgeVerification into every 'OS' available within the state. Follow that up by some quick (and 'silent') PR's being introduced and merged into systemd - with vigorous opposition - to this week's introduction of #HR8250 to mandate the same things into a #Federal #law.
