@malte I always wear one with my respirator. To the best of my knowledge, I was the first person to perform quantitative fit testing with exercise loops to verify that they were an effective variant of the standard Singh Thattha technique which uses longer exercise bands tied in a knot atop the head. So, I'm always happy to do demonstrations and model their use. There's even a recommended model to purchase linked in the Masking Reference Doc that I mentioned.
