Which web cam model did you use? Also roughly how far away did you film?

@G6eorge @geekmomprojects I can't answer directly but what I can say is marimapper should work with pretty much any webcam and any position as long as a reasonable amount of LEDs are in view and overlap with the previous view. The unit tests pass with 9 leds in view with a 50% overlap
