if anyone here went to any school for the blind in the southern US you probably remember or know about SCASB. It stands for south central association of schools for the blind. they do two championships each year. One for wrestling/cheerleading, and another one for track/performing arts. I'm in the track one, and I have to wake up at 3 AM next Thursday to catch a flight. My sleep schedule is going to be pissed, but it'll be fun, especially if I get enough practice to do my duo during our band's section of performing arts. what should I do though, get more sleep now or like what. Also is it advisable to just stay up rather than going to bed for a few hours of sleep at most?
