@scooter @dedicto It’s the answer if the people who are voted into power have the gonads for it. There are any number of things which can be done in the US to curb overt fascists while they are out of power. It just needs to be made clear to Democrats that their jobs depend on actually doing those things.

@integerpoet @dedicto Their jobs actually don't yet rely on those things, because of the two-party system; they only need to not be Republicans, which is easier now because you simply don't have to be an overt fascist.
