@darkghosthunter @jsnell @dmoren they couldn’t unbundle. Said it’s not possible with theft and loss. A requirement of the new Apple Upgrade program. Just bullshit. And the guy was like “I can refund you your Apple Care One and you can re-enroll your Mac.” Motherfucker no you cannot. You already refunded me do the time left on the Apple Care. You’d be letting me pay a monthly fee instead. Fuck you. Just garbage and bullshit and their own staff isn’t trained in what is and isn’t possible.
