@film_girl But can you tell a WAV recording from a 160 kbps AAC from a 320 kbps OGG VORBIS file?

Actually did a blind test a while ago again to find out if a) spending a lot on a new set of IEMs is still worth it at my age, and b) whether going for anything higher than 44.1 kHz & 16 bit in my music library would be. I got 18 out of 20 right in the „compressed vs. lossless“ test I picked. Ended up buying mid-range ChiFi IEMs instead of a more expensive pair and will stick to ‚just‘ CD quality for rips and purchases.
