@LWorksGames I would go for VMware player or workstation if you can find it. Broadcom has made it notoriously difficult to locate these days. Virtualbox might be easier to find, but from what I've heard it doesn't play nice with any screen reader ever. As for what to put into the virtual machine, I would go for something like mint or one of its friends, simply because you don't actually have to install a whole bunch of stuff. The installer image is a live demo if you just want to play with it and see if it's for you.
