@AmeliasBrain @linux_mclinuxface I think it's just that there isn't a noticeable quality gap for the extra money. L'OCA and Freson Brothers are comparably expensive, opened around the same time about 10 blocks apart, in an area with lots of people who aren't terribly price-sensitive. One of them is always busy.

@UrbanEdm @AmeliasBrain are you familiar with Wegmans from NY? That’s what I wanted: it had both good deals on normal stuff as well as speciality and excellent prepared food.
