@AndrewRadev I think this is aimed at companies that should spend this per engineer, not at engineers that should pay it themselves. which I still find fascinating, because it would put the cost of a human engineer at $30k per month plus the usual salary. This would imply that AI will not make companies run cheaper/better by reducing salary costs, but rather that AI gives you more than 3x value per dollar than a human worker. I want to doubt that ^^ or I need a raise...
